The 'Blind Voting' feature is described as: > you do not want to show voting results and voters prior to user > submitting a vote. It does not imply or suggest that speaker or submitter names should be hidden (especially from admins). Resolves openSUSE#1984

Current behavior:
Blind Voting is described as: "Enable this feature if you do not want to show voting results and voters prior to user submitting a vote." ( https://github.com/openSUSE/osem/blob/master/app/views/admin/programs/_form.html.haml#L13 ), but hides the submitter and speaker as well.
Expected correct behavior:
Blind Voting hides votes, but does not unexpectedly hide other attributes.
Steps to reproduce:
Enable Blind Voting in a conference program; observe that submitter and speakers are hidden in events, not just votes.
Other information:
Although this was discussed in #702 it never made it into the description and (IMO) should be a separate feature; blind voting should affect votes, not speakers.
