catalog install command throws an exception

opencga-admin.sh catalog install command throws an exception when there is already an opencga installation. However, the behaviour should be improved.
If the admin password passed for the new installation matches the one of the OpenCGA already installed, it should simply print a message saying that the database already exists, but not throw that error message.
