this is expected as we have only basic access setup for minio

@jpaulrajredhat @caldeirav - i have added keycloak/sso (which uses OIDC) in the dev environment, try it out.

i have set the minio permissions to "consoleAdmin" for now for the dev users, the policy is flexible with defaults documented in the minio policy link:

Currently not able to log into minio with IPA user in the current data mesh environment.
