Update openeew.com template color scheme to match new logo

Now that we have a red-based logo, should also sort out a matching web site palette to match.

It looks goo right now, but I noticed the Hue doesn't quite match the logo, it's leaning into orange, while the logo is leaning more towards pink, is this intentional?

Do the latest changes address the blue Slack banner as well? Or should that remain in blue as part of the palette?

I wonder if the top bar however should be a different color to stand out ? its meant to be a temporary banner that catches peoples attention. If the primary color is red, we could think of a secondary color that has some contrast
