IMPORTANT!!!
For any user that performed an upgrade between 19th and 22nd of September, please, download the tablesSchema.2.0.2.xlsx and export it in the EFSA-TSE-data-submission-tool-installer-win-64bit\app\compat folder. This will resolve any issues with the update that you have already faced.
