v3: Re-enable available installation instructions #252

Bring back the menu on the next.openhab.org v3 website. Leave out the Raspberry Pi/PINE for now because openHABian cannot install openHAB 3 yet (AFAIK). Leave out the Chocolatey instructions for Windows. Fix some links, texts and command instructions. This PR also updates currentMilestoneVersion to 3.0.0.M2. @kaikreuzer when you update the current 3.0 milestone, please do it on the master branch from now on - I'm removing the milestone/snapshot links on the production site (v2 branch, default branch) and instructing visitors to go to https://next.openhab.org/download/ instead, since there are differences (#251). I've done it this time in this PR. Of course the current stable version is still on the v2 branch. |
