Organize "Download All Materials" files within "Material Type" folders #36

Organize files within the downloaded zip file by material type. This will make it easier for downloaders to make sense of all the files that are included with the download. For example, lectures will be found within a "Lectures" folder, handouts in a "Handouts" folder, etc.
