Remove html tags from markdown, causing broken page rendering #475

The "mirrors" web page on the openssl page seems to be broken:
https://www.openssl.org/source/mirror.html

It appears there are some leftover html tags in the markdown, and those break the rendering of the markdown table. Removing them fixes it.

This PR is now obsolete as mirrors are no longer active.

Also, I would have liked to know which markdown program got this wrong. Last time I checked with pandoc, the resulting html looked right.

Our web page rendering makes this wrong.
