If building with fop, suse xsl style-sheets break pages between a sect1 title and the following para.

To avoid any pagebreaks between a title and the following paragraph XSL-FO knows the keep-with-next.within-column attribute in FO. This attribute is set for a section title.

I've tried to confirm your findings with FOP v1.1. Although this attribute is partially supported (see http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/compliance.html#fo-property-keep-with-next) it seems to work for our case. Cannot confirm this with our latest stylesheets.

Reopen the bug if you think this isn't solved. 😄
