This commit include a number of changes: - Removed all references to remote-cli, coprocessor, etc. We are now using spinel to create a true RPC mechanism. - Add chanages to append CLI commands to current list of user commands. These changes are inline with this GitHub PR openthread#9001 - Remove all otPlatDiagCoex* and otPlatDiagAntDiv* functions. This is now done through new APIs utilizing spinel and not the diag mechanism for remote operations.
