The concise dictionary has the following phrase with ㄙ˙.

思	ㄒㄧㄣ ˙ㄙ
意思	ㄧˋ ˙ㄙ
沒意思	ㄇㄟˊ ㄧˋ ˙ㄙ
好意思	ㄏㄠˇ ㄧˋ ˙ㄙ
小意思	ㄒㄧㄠˇ ㄧˋ ˙ㄙ
有意思	ㄧㄡˇ ㄧˋ ˙ㄙ
不好意思	ㄅㄨˋ ㄏㄠˇ ㄧˋ ˙ㄙ

BTW, it may be more convenient to use query terms like
$思 $˙ㄙ in the revised/concised edition of MOE dictionary.
