Prerequisite task request for project -#12. Automated Agent System for Adding New Model Support to Optimum-Intel

HI @popovaan and @rkazants , I'm Nanthakumar , a 3rd year Btech student at NIT Trichy.
I am applying for GSoC 2026 for project #12. Automated Agent System for Adding New Model Support to Optimum-Intel.

My previous works are

• an agentic aI video generation platform that organizes a multi-stage GenAI pipeline covering story analysis, scene planning, image synthesis, and video assembly using FastAPI,FFmpeg
• a chrome extension running a local LLM to perform semantic search over thousands of product reviews using tensorFlow.js and universal sentence encoder

All the first issues were already assigned , Can you please give me a first issue befitting for this project.

I'm glad that you're interested in this project.
As a good first issue, I suggest adding a new group of tests to Optimum-Intel that check whether a specific set of transformations has been applied during conversion or inference for particular architectures. Initially, the tests should cover the AFMoE (aka Arcee Trinity) architecture and verify that the MoEMatMulsFusion transformation is applied during model compilation. The transformation log can be obtained by setting the environment variable OV_ENABLE_PROFILE_PASS=1. The tests should be scalable across different architectures and transformation sets.
