When subscriptions module is used, show user's current plan. If user's current plan is free, then show option to upgrade the plan. Closes #735

We need to show user's their current session usage and total session limit (e.g. consumed data and total data) on the status page. We would use the API created in above issue.
Use adaptive units (MB/DB) to show the data usage like we do for the monitoring charts.
The data usage endpoint should run periodically to update user's traffic usage (similar to long polling of the account sessions)
