Mark obsolete or historical articles with tags #9

It could be one obsolete tag or additional historical tag, it depends on decision that will be taken in #8.

I'll mark with tags as either obsolete or historical ... though I think most of them would be the latter.

@shwetank, see handy full list of articles marked with Yes, No, Maybe. You can start marking articles from this list using comment field.

I've gone though the 'maybe's and marked almost all of them as yes or no. There are a couple of maybes left, I would urge others to weigh in on them. I haven't touched the ones marked as 'Mathias to check?'. @pepelsbey : Should I go through the 'yes' ones and see which ones to mark 'no'?

I've gone through the 'yes' articles and added comments or tagged them appropriately too. There were a few of the 'yes' ones which were just historical info not really usefull nowadays, so mentioned so in the comments field.

Feel free to re-open if needed.
