The signal SIGSTKFLT is not supported on mips. Improves the conversion from str to Signal.

Hi! We'll need you to sign the OCA for us to merge this. Also, we'd prefer to use released versions of depenedencies. I wonder if @lucab could publish a new version of caps with the mips support. |

we wrote our container run-time instead. Didn't need OCI compliance. |
