UX- IA update of Orcahome and next steps

User Story
AS a Orcasound user I WANT to navigate Orcahome on desktop, tablet, and mobile SO THAT I can understand why Orcasound exists, what I can do on the website, and take action for marine and orca conservation.

Description
The intent of this story is to document next steps in designing Orcahome using the Information Architecture work that Rafa has been doing.

Notes:

• As of August 11, 2023 Rafa is working with a team to finish the desktop design of Orcahome using the IA work he has previously done
• He has estimated that the desktop design will be done by the end of August

To do

• When desktop design is complete, project will be handed off to UX Orcahome Team for further design work
• Next, a discussion with stakeholders and the UX Orcahome Team should be scheduled to validate content presented in the design
• Tablet and mobile designs need to be done based on the desktop design
• Designs need to be assigned to devs via user stories in the @orcasound/orcahome repo during the appropriate sprint cycle

Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN I browse Orcahome WHEN I am searching for information about why Orcasound exists, what I can do, and marine/orca conservation actions I can take THEN I see a UI that matches the below linked Figma design.
