Make it more obvious a component was added to the canvas?

when you double click on an icon to add it to the canvas, have it automatically selected on the canvas. Sometimes is not obvious that it was added especially if you add the same one twice

This is now solved with panning the canvas to the new added element and animating it with a zoom in zoom out effect. Solved on #21.
