Following up on the discussion we had today at the PROTEUS meeting, please feel free to bring up further thoughts or ideas. I'm attaching here as well the two discussion pieces I put up: 1. 5 semi-random ideas (a. 1h -> 50m, b. board meeting view, c. monthly highlights, d. lightning round-table, e. retrospectives), and 2. the monthly highlights overview example worked out for September.
Two points relating to idea c. above were brought up during discussion (sorry if I forgot other points, please correct where I'm misremembering):
Sometimes an issue you've been working on is already on the board (so is "queued" for discussion), but we don't actually get to it because for instance it's labeled low-priority (when we go through the whole board by priority). A meeting board would help where everyone just puts only the issues they actually want to talk about for that one meeting.
We already have the weekly auto-generated meeting overview issues, e.g. https://github.com/Interra-Project/collaboration/issues/68 for today. The chair for that week could pre-fill this with issues to be discussed. That way we don't have to manage another board.
