📱 Proposal: Flutter Frontend with BLoC for State Management

To complement our growing backend, I propose building an official Flutter frontend for userverse, with BLoC as the preferred state management approach.

🚀 Setup Plan

1. Project scaffold with flutter create userverse_frontend
2. Define folder structure: features/, shared/, blocs/, models/, etc.
3. Create auth flow: login, register, token refresh
4. Integrate with the generated Dart client from OpenAPI
5. Add persistent storage for tokens using hydrated_bloc or flutter_secure_storage
6. Add CI config and testing support
