Rasa buttons not showing

Hello
I've integrated website widget with Rasa and i'm facing some complications.

I've chosen chatwoot for numerous reasons, but I've been trying to send the user buttons instead of text-only messages, so he can more easily choose his options...

I know rasa has this option, but chatwoot is not receiving the information like the rasa-widget would.

Has anyone ever done that before and can help me?
