I'd love to see Nim added to Coddy as a programming language course. Although I am aware of how niche Nim is, I always would love to learn Nim the Coddy way.
Nim is a compiled, statically typed programming language that combines Python-like readability with performance comparable to languages like C and C++. It also offers features such as automatic memory management, metaprogramming, and the ability to compile to C, C++, or JavaScript.
I think Nim would be a great addition to Coddy's language lineup because it offers a unique learning opportunity for people interested in systems programming without immediately jumping into the complexity of C or C++. It could also appeal to Python learners who want to explore compiled languages while keeping a familiar, readable syntax.
Nim may not be as mainstream as some other languages, but I think that is precisely why it would be an interesting addition. Coddy could help introduce more people to an underrated language while expanding its selection of programming courses.
I'd love to see Nim considered as a future course!
