Account suspended and non-existent github support

Last week my @felipolis account was suspended. When I tried to log in I received the message "Account suspended. Access to your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service."

I have no idea why this happened. I didn't receive any alert email or anything.

I depend on GitHub for two things: work and college.

My work repositories are stored there, as well as my college projects.

Given this, I beg you to reinstate my account again.

I had this problem last week and so far I haven't received a response.

Good luck getting a response, I opened ticket (#2684388) for the same reason since MARCH 19 and still no response.
