Copy labels from superseeded PRs

I have a couple dependency updates that I can't merge yet due to them needing a Java update.

I mark these with a specific label so that I don't merge them by accident - even thought I'm going to once I get enough users to migrate to newer Java version.

But when dependabot finds a even newer version the old PR is closed and comment is added with "Superseded by ..."
New PR doesn't have the label so now there is more manual work to relabel it

I would like either have custom labels copied over to the new PR, or the option to have the old PR updated to be for the new version instead (In cases where manual commits have not been made to that branch)
