Hi everyone,

My GitHub Education application keeps being rejected due to a name mismatch. However, my GitHub profile name, billing first name, billing last name, and academic document all contain exactly the same name: “Ibrhim Alhshmy”. I have also logged out and back in before reapplying, as instructed. The issue still persists. Could this be a verification system issue, and is there anything else I should change before reapplying?

I have confirmed that my GitHub profile name, billing information, and academic affiliation document all contain exactly the same name: Ibrhim Alhshmy.
The document also clearly shows my current enrollment date.
I logged out and logged back in before reapplying, as instructed, but the application is still automatically rejected with the same first-name and last-name mismatch message.
This appears to be an automated verification issue rather than an actual name mismatch.
Is there any recommended workaround or additional step I should try?
