Hi everyone,

I'm having problem getting verified for the Guthub developer pack for students.
I'm participating in a fully online AI MSc study program at University of Lübeck in Germany, while living in The Hague/NL.
Despite various attempts and following instructions and FAQs, I cannot register for the developer pack as a student, despite uploading my enrollment certificate and confirmation of my online status.
The registration page detects that I am not located in Lübeck (as I live in The Hague/NL) and request a justification.
In response I have again uploaded an enrollment certificate that clearly states that my study program is fully online/remote.
Still, my request has repeatedly be denied.

Any suggestions of how to overcome this problem?
