GitHub confirms that this is a special repository and that its README will appear on my profile.
However, the README does not appear on my profile overview. I have tried refreshing the page and checking the repository settings, but the issue persists.
Could someone help me identify the cause or check whether this is a profile README activation issue?

The repository is public.
The repository name matches my username.
README.md exists in the repository root and contains content.
GitHub confirms that this is a special repository and that its README will appear on my profile.
