2. How to resolve the payment method block:

• Switch to PayPal: Link your debit or credit card to a PayPal account, then choose PayPal as your payment method on GitHub. PayPal masks the underlying card type from GitHub's prepaid filter and frequently bypasses this restriction.
• Use a standard credit card or bank-issued debit card: Use a card from an account-linked checking/current account with 3D Secure and international e-commerce transactions enabled.
