Nothing in the repository needs repair, and this is not a per-repo index fault: the homepage sidebar says "No contributors" on every fork. I checked 28 forks on 30 October, the other 9 forks of ARounder-183/HiFiShifter, 8 of my own, and the 10 most-starred forks on GitHub (base/chains, AlexeyAB/darknet, google/dagger and so on). So no cache rebuild will change openhachimi/HachiShifter while it is a fork. The one thing in the owners' control is Settings > General > Danger Zone > "Leave fork network", which turns it into a standalone repository. That option is self-serve when the fork is public, under 1 GB and has no child forks; HachiShifter is 289 MB with 0 forks, so it qualifies. It is permanent: the fork link, issues, PRs, stars and watchers are lost, commits stay (https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/how-tos/work-with-forks/detaching-a-fork). With 230 commits of its own on |

Repository homepage shows "No contributors", but graph and REST API include contributors (openhachimi/HachiShifter)
Summary
The Contributors section on https://github.com/openhachimi/HachiShifter shows No contributors, although both the contributor graph data and the REST contributors API return contributor records, including my account, AT-15A. Please investigate the repository homepage sidebar's contributor data/index.
Repository: https://github.com/openhachimi/HachiShifter
Default branch:
devRepository type: public fork of https://github.com/ARounder-183/HiFiShifter
Affected account: AT-15A
Steps to reproduce
devbranch selected.Expected: the homepage should display contributors consistently with the repository's contributor records.
Actual: the sidebar reports zero contributors, including omitting all other contributors, not just my account.
Diagnostic evidence
Observed on 2026-10-30, approximately 14:19 UTC (22:19 Asia/Shanghai), and reproduced on repeated requests.

My default-branch commits are already attributed to AT-15A, for example:

A similar report exists at https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/209776. I cannot confirm whether the internal cause is the same. Please check whether the sidebar contributor index/cache needs repair or rebuilding, and advise on a supported remedy. No branch history or author identities were changed to attempt a workaround.
