Organization's settings/copilot/policies redirects to settings/copilot/seat_management (can't enable the copilot chat)

Hi Team,

When trying to access the settings/copilot/policies link I always get redirected to the copilot/seat_management page. I'd like to enable the copilot chat for my PepperPlatform organization.

The payment method was not properly set, it works now.
