You can now bring every installed plugin up to date with a single command — no more running datumctl plugin upgrade once per plugin and keeping track of which ones you've already done.
Upgrade every plugin at once with --all
datumctl plugin upgrade --all walks through each plugin you have installed, upgrades the ones with a newer release, and leaves the ones already at their latest version alone instead of re-downloading them. Each plugin is fetched from the catalog or GitHub repository it was originally installed from, with the same checksum verification and compatibility checks as a fresh install.
$ datumctl plugin upgrade --allassistant is already up to date (v0.4.2)Upgraded compute from v0.8.0 to v0.9.0Upgraded dns from v0.3.1 to v0.3.2
If one plugin can't be upgraded — say its catalog is unreachable — the rest still go through, and the failures are listed together at the end so nothing is silently skipped.
Upgrading a third-party catalog plugin by name works again — datumctl plugin upgrade <name> now fetches the plugin from the catalog it was installed from, instead of looking for it in the official catalog.
