mdit_py_plugins import path

Hi,
First of all, let me thank all the contributors for the packages markdown_it and mdit_py_plugings packages!

I had a question regarding how to import the plugins for markdown_it.

After reading through the docs, I am trying to do as below.

from markdown_it import MarkdownIt
from mdit_py_plugins import attrs_block_plugin, attrs_plugin
...

However, that doesn't work. This is was works for me as of now.

from markdown_it import MarkdownIt
from mdit_py_plugins.attrs.index import attrs_block_plugin, attrs_plugin
...

Versions of packages as below.

markdown-it-py          2.2.0
mdit-py-plugins         0.3.5

Is this how it should be, or something that should be fixed?
