Dice Chess for Fire TV is dice chess for Amazon Fire TV on Vega OS. Roll three dice to find out which pieces you can move, then play your turn using the D-pad, OK and Back. Share one remote with a friend, or play against Rolly, Grabby or Rampage.

What you can try

• Learn to play with Thinkle's six-lesson tutorial and the in-game rules reference.
• Play the computer: Rolly (Easy), Grabby (Medium) or Rampage (Hard).
• Play a friend in the same room, passing one remote between turns.
• Save a game and resume it later. Games, results and settings stay on the TV.
• Adjust Music, Sounds and Voices separately in Settings. Build 32 adds volume controls for sounds and spoken voices alongside music.

How to get it

• Start with Get the game for installation options.
• For manual installation, the latest public release contains packages for a compatible Fire TV Stick with Vega OS, the Vega Virtual Device on Apple silicon, and the Virtual Device on Linux or Intel Mac. Choose the package for your device and follow the playtest guide. This route requires Amazon's Vega SDK; a physical Stick also needs developer mode.
• The public packages omit the private character portraits. The release page explains the package contents and includes checksums.
• Watch a gameplay demo, recorded on the Vega Virtual Device.

The build 32 release notes record testing on both a physical Fire TV Stick and the Vega Virtual Device. Please still tell us which device and build you used when reporting a problem.
