✨ Allow using in existing project with existing tailwind setup having CSS config instead of JS config

Hi 👋🏻

I'm building starter-kit I want to add emails and for that I choose this framework which I really love ❤️ The problem is that docs suggest that I have to create a separate project which doesn't. So I tried a manual setup. However, it seems setting up this framework with existing setup is a bit tedious. So it will be great if you can add docs for how to setup maizzle or how to adapt maizzle with existing project setup and also existing tailwind setup. Speaking of tailwind, I am also using CSS based config and not JS based config. So I tried with CSS based config but it seems it is always picking up the JS file. So it's bit hard for us to integrate it in existing frameworks like nuxt.

Hi there,

CSS files config are a Tailwind v4 feature, Maizzle currently does not support Tailwind 4 so the only way to configure that is through the JS config.

Integrating with existing projects really depends on your setup, but is usually done either by having a Maizzle project folder inside the existing project, or by using the API.

I'd suggest watching the Laracasts series (uses v4, but same principles apply) or if you're into more advanced stuff check out Aaron Francis' video on how he uses the API.

I tried implementing it with API but it seems version 3 and version 4 are conflicting. And maizzle also look for the version 3 config file and fails. Let's wait for version 4 support then.
