Hi Plane team and community 👋
I built an open-source (MIT) MCP server for Plane, and it works with self-hosted instances. It's a community project, not an official one.
What it adds on top of the API
git log, proposes work items grouped by module/scope, and dates them on your business days. After you approve, it creates, starts, and completes them, with a comment citing the commits.Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Claude Desktop, OpenCode, and Zed:

Feedback is welcome, especially from people running Plane self-hosted. If it's useful, I'd be glad to have it listed on a community integrations page.
