Thanks for sharing this solution. After the behavior change I found myself going back to history for the last article entrt all the time. |

Thanks for this workaround @JulioV! I was running my own version of miniflux which was a bit outdated (v27), and this new default behavior surprised me when I jumped to the hosted version yesterday after paying for the one year plan. @fguillot for some context if that helps, my worflow:
Maybe what you're aiming for here is more "synchronous" (click on the article, read the article, go back to the list), but I like being able to sort through all the entries, and have all the articles open in their own context, in a separate tab. It allows me to do this in the morning before I start work, and I can maybe go on with my day and read the articles one by one as I have time during the day. FYI for anyone coming here with the same issue, it seems like there's already a PR here: #1374 |

Oh, the #1374 would be awesome - I usually open a lot of YT feeds in the (background tabs) one by one and simply watch a couple of them, normally I won't manage all opened so it would be nice to keep them "unread" and mark as such manually. I hope it will be merged soon-ish :-) |

I just wanted to share the following CSS snippet that keeps read articles in display after clicking on their External link. This behavior changed with the latest update.
On a related note I'd like to suggest having a css/theme gallery to share them among the community. Maybe a Discussion thread here on GitHub can work.
