How to open 3D view in PDF file

we received a request from one of our contributors:

update the Github because it seems to be missing a lot of files and some of the drawings are blank pages. (4)

In case of a blank .PDF file - please download that file and then follow the instructions below:

1. download
2. click on the blank place and drag it a bit --> you'll see notification on top of the PDF reader --> click on it
3. trust this doc and allow 3D view once
4. drag a bit again
5. done --> now you should see a 3D picture now
