CI broken again

The CI is broken again. This might also be a reason why auto merge does not work.

I gave up on the codecov stuff. Any idea what's going on?

@orhun can you fix the token issue in the pipeline? see an example here -> https://github.com/Nelson-Gon/pyfdc/blob/master/.github/workflows/build-package.yaml

I think you have use the -t flag.

When this is done, please merge the dependencies PRs and then a new release can be created. A new release is required to work on the client side for #294

P.S.: I was able to create a PR that even works with older versions of rustypaste. see orhun/rustypaste-cli#117

although the docker pipeline runs for 75 minutes in average. that's a long time.
