• One week before: Send out meeting announcement
  • Include Date, Topics, Location, Contact Info, Inclusivity.
  • Post to Indie Hackers Meetup Section
  • OrlandoDevs Slack #meetups Channel
• One week before: Verify event with venue
• Day before: Send out meeting announcement
  • Email announcement through Meetup.com for everyone that has RSVPed

Event

• Order Pizzas and Drinks for Meetup [Optional]
• Prep Short Presentation [Optional]
• Pack any dongles, adapters, chargers, etc.
• Remember to take pictures!

Sharing

• Post picture to Meetup.com
• Post thanks and quick meeting summary to OrlandoDevs Slack
• Post a quick tweet to Twitter
