Ref: #51

  • Added root contextmenu (manual refresh etc.)
  • Bringing up entry contextmenu now also selects the entry
  • Add shortcut support
  • Don't show hidden files by default
  • Shortcuts have a special symbol
  • Add shortcuts by default
  • Shift on drop brings up contextmenu to chose action
  • Update locales (en_EN and nb_NO)
  • Ensure desktop directory exists on addition
