Purpose
This is a PR to update this to 1.19, as well as the temporary head branch for features that depend on Minecraft 1.19 features, such as random seeds for end caves (fixed in 22w11a) or an advancement for getting refunded by a piglin (fixed in 22w15a).
Approach
N/A mostly, but the first part of this PR will be using misode's upgrader again. On the original upgrader commit, I had to exclude worldgen due to misode/upgrader#17.
