OGR2OGR fails to generate holes when converting from TAB to SHP.
It appears to be a Geometry issue, maybe direction the hole was digitized/generated in relation to the Polygon.

Please use #463 since this one is closed as duplicate, and attach to it the TAB file that shows the issue.
