This repository contains the documentation website code and Markdown source files for UvA robolab

Project Description

Project Goal

The goal of this project is to develop software for the ERF challenge. The challenge was to implement code on two Lely Juno robots. In the Github repo you can find code for development and code for deployment.

Experienced Challenges

  • Configuring the software implemented on turtlebots on Junos.
  • Working with dockers and Azure in combination with the robots.
  • Communication between the Junos and the wifi implementation for this to happen.

What it does

The UvA ERF software provides the functionality to move a robot based on sensor input. The sensor input used to develop are LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors and video camera. We implemented a behavior based approach, a model based approach and a color based blob detection approach.
