can't run vrx

Describe the bug
I used the steps to launch vrx but failed
ros2 launch vrx_gz competition.launch.py world:=sydney_regatta
my Gazebo is not responding

Expected behavior
I expect to launch the word

I can't reproduce this error. I removed my .gz/fuel directory to force downloading all the models and still worked.

Could you try again to discard a temporary problem?
