Added a version of the script for Python 3.0 and above.

Hello, thanks for your contribution. Unfortunately I have to refuse it as tpb is done in Python2 to be able to work in the vast majority of environment - Python3 is still not being distributed by default in many Linux distributions (although this is chaging fast).

On the other hand, transforming tpb to run as a Python3 script is really easy with 2to3 (http://docs.python.org/2/library/2to3.html) - tried it and runs fine, as the script is not too complex. I will write down a note in the README about this so anyone can transform it if needed.
