ENG-1454 store users auth0 picture on create user (#2659)

This PR allows us to store the users auth0 picture on our internal users
table. This is required in order to [display users and their
avatars](https://linear.app/overmind/issue/ENG-1456/create-list-team-endpoint)
whilst onboarding.
