[FEATURE] Allow configuring Postgres and Redis from environment variables (and update django) #193

This PR adds the abilities to configure Django's configuration for Redis and Postgres from environment variables (with same defaults as before).
Additionally, it updates the dependencies (especially Django) and adapts the templates to the new Django version.
