Feed list entries flash when unread count changes #125

On a tablet, every time an item is read or the read/unread state is changed, the unread count updates. This causes the feed list entries to flash for a split-second, which looks like a glitch.

Yes, I'm going to fix that soon!. You're talking about the new version 0.4.4 right? (in all of your 4 new bug reports)

I hope that it is improved now. I've no tablet to test it.
