IECE: location not provided at end of element

In this stack overflow question the document is invalid, but the exception that identifies missing content does not provide the location within the document at which the validation fails. This may be due to it being at the end of the element, but is really annoying.

In this case all document content was accepted, so the location of the "error" is the end of the document. There are no tokens remaining to provide a location.
