[DOCS] Update messages.md steps

Commit messages

While reviewing the content in messages.md, I noticed that there were originally three steps outlined, but it has now been reduced to just two steps. To accurately reflect this change, I made the following adjustments:

1. I updated the title of the image associated with step 2 to align with the revised content.
2. I edited the reference texts to make them more concise and align them with the updated two-step process.
