Requirements:

• Visual Studio 2013
• Visaul Studio 2013 SDK
• And environment variable called 'DEVSNK' that points to your personal development SNK
  Or you need to set some other SNK file in the signing section of the project

After checking out and ensuring all requirements are met, simply build the solution.
